I was also struggling a bit with finding a topic for this week's post, since not much exciting things had happened food-wise. BUT! In a couple weeks time, hubby and I will be participating in DineOut Vancouver for the first time in a very long time, so that's something to look forward to!
Here's the meal plan for the week. I was too tired to make the rice dish last week, so it ended up being made tonight. Enjoy the rest of the week and happy cooking all!
January 12-17th
Sunday: Steamed pork buns, stir-fry veggies
Monday: Cashew-fruited rice with turkey
Tuesday: Egg salad wraps
Wednesday: Dinner downtown (and then the Keith Urban concert!)
Thursday: Chicken paprika with egg noodles
Friday: Cheese souffles, fried pickles
